Meet The John Barbato Team, New York City

The John Barbato Team in NYC was founded by Associate Broker John Barbato, whose background as an architect has continually informed his fifteen years of robust residential sales. The team is a talented group of associates with strong sales experience. It includes real estate investment, photography production, corporate media sales, modeling, and the ownership and operation of a globally recognized top-selling toy design, manufacturing, and distribution company which was recently sold to a Fortune 500 company. Three of our members come from long-standing and successful entrepreneurial families including construction, real estate management, and real estate investment.

Together, we speak a total of seven different languages, fluently: French, Yiddish, Hebrew, Portuguese, Dutch, Spanish, English, and a tiny bit of Italian–but don’t use big words. The Team’s residential sales history is as diverse as its members, spanning Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Hamptons, and the Hudson Valley (where John has a 2nd home) to the Netherlands (where Samuel and Alex have 2nd homes). Rounding out the Team is a full-time Director of Operations, ensuring that every transaction receives the utmost attention and nothing is missed. Each one of us shares a tireless work ethic, mutual respect and trust, and above all, the commitment to collaborate as a Team, with ego aside.
