John started his professional career as an architect spending over a decade in both Chicago and New York designing and managing numerous high-end residential projects and retail flagships for prominent global brands throughout the U.S. as well as internationally in Tokyo, Taipei, Seoul and Hong Kong. 

This background informs his ability to visualize and pinpoint possibilities of space when marketing properties and offers a definitive edge for his clients. John has also developed a personal investment portfolio of multiple residential and commercial properties over the past 15 years, an experience and knowledge that have proven invaluable as a broker. 

With Compass Marketing Associates, John successfully represented the final sales at 35XV, a ground-up condominium project by Alchemy Properties. Currently, he is in pre-development on a boutique condominium building in Manhattan's Flatiron District as well as a rental tower in Midtown Manhattan.
